NY Times ARTICLE Features Magnalia's Walden Cabin

Thanks to help from our friends at Mount Jubilee Ministries, we have planted 50 assorted blueberries near our bee hives, and a small grove of Brown Turkey and Versailles Figs (transplants from Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello) in recent weeks. What a joy! When asked what he would do if he knew he was to die tomorrow, Martin Luther responded that. among other things, he’d want to plant an apple tree. We’ve always loved that illustration of what it is to be intentional about “planting things” that will bear fruit after we have left this earthly garden.
