As every patriot (young and old) remembers, and as Memorial Day reminds us:
FREEDOM IS NOT FREE!
So mark your calendars to celebrate that truth with us, and our collective gratefulness to be part of the most prosperous and generous nation in history. This Independence Day Eve
(Wednesday, July 3rd), you can be in the company of hundreds of eclectic and blessed fellow Americans at Magnalia Homestead & Farm in Stokesdale.

Suggested donations for tickets are $5/person, $10/couple or $20/family to help offset some of the costs for the fireworks, photo booth, bounce house, tents, and a myriad of other supplies. If this creates any difficulty for you, however, we have created a FREE option. We do not want the cost to deter anyone from coming, and a family has agreed to pay the cost of tickets for any who cannot afford it!
All proceeds from ticket, food and beverage purchases will benefit Magnalia Homestead Foundation’s ministry activities with veterans and the special needs community. Tickets are being limited to 400 this year, and they will go fast! So please RSVP soon to help us plan for you and yours.
We’re excited to see you, and to celebrate together our great nation and the privilege of being Americans! Let’s live up to the vision of the great founding father John Adams, when he wrote of our Independence Day with this expectation:
It ought to be commemorated, as the Day of Deliverance by solemn Acts of Devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with Pomp and Parade, with Shews, Games, Sports, Guns, Bells, Bonfires and Illuminations from one End of this Continent to the other from this Time forward forevermore!
Make sharing easy!
Ironically, John Adams made that comment about July 2nd!
